What is
We open locked doors at houses, apartments, condos, and rentals. We start with methods that keep your lock working. If a lock has to be drilled or replaced, we tell you first and give you the price before we do it.
When you need it
- The door shut behind you and it was locked
- You lost your house keys

- The lock is jammed and the key will not turn
- Your keypad or smart lock is dead or not working

Have this ready when you call
- Your address, gate code, and unit number
- Photo ID with your address, or a lease, bill, or mail inside we can check after we open the door
- The type of lock: knob, deadbolt, keypad, or smart lock
- If you rent, your landlord or property manager phone number

How do you know I live there?
We check a photo ID with your address. If it is inside, we can check a lease, bill, or mail once the door is open.
I rent. Can you still help?
Yes. Some leases say to call the landlord or property manager first, so check yours. We still need proof that you live there.
Will you damage my door or lock?
We try methods that keep your lock working first. If we need to drill or replace a lock, we tell you and give you the price before we do.
Should I change my locks after I lost my keys?
If your keys were lost or stolen, yes. Rekeying makes the old keys stop working.
